Most amazing getaway in Crete
The customer service and property went above and beyond my expectations. I booked this room in the evening, 10 minutes before walking in and they were prepared, organized, and excellent service. The receptionist to the servers all were very kind, accommodating and great attention to detail. The property is on the smaller side about 28 rooms now but as they told us, they will be expanding. However, the feeling of luxury is everywhere. There is even an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and steam room available. The rooms are beautiful, clean, high quality, the beach bar and breakfast is simple to some standards but very delicious and well thought out. If you are debating whether or not to eat here, do not hesitate, the service is amazing inside and out of the hotel and food is very good, and priced well. The beach it is sitting on is very nice, beach beds are available to guests and has full service as well. It is a quiet, beautiful paradise and the staff will do their very best to put in extra effort and give you their own personal recommendations of restaurants, bars, and beaches. We stayed in two different rooms here and both were great. This time we came as a couple but I would come back with children. The beach also has water sports, jet skis and other available rentals so you will not run out of things to do. The street the hotel is on is full of bars, shopping, restaurants and mini markets so if you don’t have a car, it’s okay. Free parking with a lot is also available, and overall the area feels very safe and welcoming. I will definitely be back and thank you very much to the hotel for the amazing stay!
